If you wish to order any of our products online simply use our secure shopping basket or fill out our Online Order Form with the products you would like, including the required color and the personalizing details for your pet's name, then submit it to us. Payment for the total amount, including Shipping & Handling charges, can be made by credit card using PayPal. California residents should also add sales tax to the total amount. If you wish to order any of our products by mail simply print out our Order Form, (available in HTML Format, PDF Format or Word Format), fill out the products you would like, including the required color and the personalizing details for your pet's name, then mail it to us at the address below with a check or money order, in US Dollars, for the total amount, including Shipping & Handling costs and made payable to PawZessions. Payment is also possible by credit card using PayPal. California Sales Tax should also be added to the total amount of the order, including Shipping and Handling, for California deliveries. Payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express are available through PayPal by sending payments to Pawzessions. If you have never used PayPal before click the following link and then click the button labelled "If you are never paid through PayPal, Sign Up" in the middle of the next window to appear.   Make PayPal Payment Here Orders paid by credit card will be processed once confirmation of payment is received from PayPal. As each item is custom made, and due to the nature of our personalized products (wood or ceramics), we regret we cannot cancel your order once it has gone passed the glazing or kiln firing stage. There is a 24 hour grace period once your order has been received before this cancellation policy is effective. Because of the diversity of our products, the shipping and handling costs may vary according to quantities and location in the USA. The chart below is a guide to the approximate rates for shipping single items only. For large orders please allow us to quote you the exact cost upon receiving your order.
International shipping rates are quoted upon request. The majority of our shipping is through the United States Postal Service Standard Rates. Priority Mail is used from time to time depending upon the urgency of your order. Should you wish for us to use alternative methods such as FedEx or UPS, this can be arranged and their charges will be added to your final account.
